Mr Wu graduated from the China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) with a Bachelor of Laws degree. He obtained an EMBA degree at Peking University, Economic Faculty and CEIBS MBA School after graduation. He practised as a lawyer from 1989 to 1991 and founded Zhejiang Rifa Textile Machinery Co Ltd in 1993. In 1999 he founded Zhejiang Rifa Precision Machinery Co Ltd, which is currently listed on the Shenzheng Stock Exchange. Mr Wu is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Zhejiang Rifa Holding Group Co Ltd, a company which he founded in 2002.

Daniela has over 25 years of experience in the commercial contract aviation industry and was until recently CEO of dnata Australia, having previously worked at Qantas Group and prior to that as CEO of Cobham Australia (previously National Jet Systems) for over a decade. She is currently based in Australia and is an experienced board member with a chartered accounting background.

Henry is a seasoned bilingual business and finance executive with rich Asia Pacific experiences across the multiple industries over the past 25 years.
Before joining Airwork, Henry held a number of senior executive roles with multi-national companies and professional firms including over 9 years’ leadership experiences with GE Capital, among which he was the CFO of GE Capital’s Real Estate business in Australia, New Zealand and Asia Growth Markets with over US$1.6 billion assets under management. Henry was also General Manager and CFO of Peakstone Australia and New Zealand, a PE backed asset management company with a portfolio over A$1.1 billion across ANZ. He also held the CFO role with Dian Diagnostics Group, a China listed pathology and biotech company with a total revenue over A$4 billion in 2022. Earlier in his career, he was with KPMG’s risk advisory services in Australia and PwC’s tax services in China.
Henry is a business leader who is capable of driving profitable growth by exercising leadership in Strategic, Financial and Risk management and Team Development.
Henry is a qualified CPA and CIA and a graduate of Master of Commence program from the Business School of University of Sydney.

After graduating Massey University in 2002 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation/Air Transport Pilot Major, Greg moved to export airfreight operations for TNT Express before being recruited into Airwork in 2004 to support the companies first major international operation with Palau Micronesia. Greg initially startED as Flight Operations Controller before advancing to take carriage of the Operations Control Department supporting the company’s growth into FIFO, passenger charters and freight operations within Australasia, the Pacific and South East Asia. In 2009 Greg progressed to Client Relationship Manager, moving between Australia and New Zealand to look after all the Fixed Wing Division major clients. Greg was promoted to General Manager of the Fixed Wing Division in July 2019.

Chris joined Airwork in 2020 as General Counsel and Company Secretary and has over 20 years of experience working as a lawyer in New Zealand, Europe, Hong Kong and the UK. Before joining Airwork, Chris was a Partner and General Counsel for a London based global asset manager with approximately £14 billion under management. In this role, Chris was a member of the senior management team and chief legal advisor to the Board. Prior to this, Chris worked for a London based hedge fund having previously been a corporate lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in London and with a leading law firm in New Zealand.
Chris has international experience in a range of transactions, including public and private M&A, private equity, capital raisings, IPO’s and joint venture arrangements in different jurisdictions and sectors. His background also includes very strong commercial, risk management, governance and business strategy experience to complement his legal skills. He has also been a director of regulated fund management companies in the UK and Ireland which operated 35+ funds and managed over £5.8 billion of assets.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from Auckland University and is admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.

Eamonn has over 27 years’ experience in the aviation market covering the airline, MRO and aircraft leasing and finance markets. Eamonn is based in Dublin as Managing Director of our leasing activities and heavily engaged in trading activities for the group.
Eamonn previously held executive roles with SR Technics as Board member in Spain and Commercial Director Base and Line Maintenance UK & Ireland, AWAS as Head of Capital Markets looking at funding and aircraft acquisitions (now DAE Capital), Octagon Aviation Capital (GECAS IPO in Hong Kong and US) and was one of the founding partners and CCO with Eirtrade Aviation a mid to end of life aircraft solution based business in Ireland and the US and also previously with ORIX Aviation.
He has also worked extensively with aviation investors under the Acumen Aviation umbrella. Prior to aviation he worked in banking in the US. Eamonn is a regular speaker on the aviation circuit and was heavily involved in raising funds for the ISTAT Foundation which promotes worthy causes across the aviation sector. Eamonn is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin.
